Strategic IT Review & Roadmap
Independent review of the current technology position and a prioritised roadmap the board can govern.
The review establishes a current-state view across applications, infrastructure, organisation, governance and spend. It assesses fit to business priorities and material risks, then develops a prioritised roadmap and investment logic. Findings and options are presented to the MD and board so they can govern the technology agenda.
