Plain-language notices. Not legal advice. If any of this needs to be different in your jurisdiction, tell us and we will discuss it before agreeing an engagement.
Privacy
Progressive Grounds Limited (company 08506425, England and Wales) is the controller of personal information collected through this website. We only collect what you choose to give us: your name and contact details when you book a call or write to us, and whatever you tell us about your organisation in that conversation. That information is used only to prepare for and follow up on the conversation you asked for. It is not sold, and it is not added to any mailing list without being asked first.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted. Get in touch via the enquiry form on the Book a call page.
If you believe we have handled your information wrongly and we cannot resolve it, you can raise it with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Scheduling on the Book a call page runs on Cal.com (external service), under Cal.com's own terms. See Cookies below for what that means in practice.
Terms
This website provides general information about Progressive Grounds and its work. Nothing on it is advice, and nothing on it creates an advisory relationship — that begins only when a scope of work is agreed in writing.
We do not warrant that the information is complete, current or applicable to any particular situation. If you want a view on your situation, that is what an engagement is for.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising, tracking or analytics cookies of its own.
When you open the Book a call page, the scheduling calendar is provided by Cal.com (external service). It is not loaded automatically. A short notice appears in its place and you choose whether to load it. If you choose to load it, Cal.com sets its own cookies to run the scheduling widget. What those cookies do, and Cal.com's own privacy notice, are governed by Cal.com.
We do not remember your choice between visits — every visit shows the notice again.
If you would rather not load the calendar at all, use the "Send an enquiry" tab on the same page. It uses no third-party cookies. Alternatively, describe the trigger in the enquiry form and we will reply within one working day.
No other embedded services are used on the main site.
