Ongoing independent assurance cadence for the board or sponsor of a material transformation.
Problem this solves
The board or MD wants a continuing independent view of programme health, risk and decision readiness without absorbing the delivery role.
What it is
Onboarding produces an assurance baseline. Steady state provides a regular independent cadence. Independence of the assurance line is maintained even if Progressive Grounds also holds other relationships — conflicts are declared and managed.
