Independent Transformation Health Review
An independent, evidence-led view of whether a material digital or technology programme is still viable, controlled and on track.
The review examines programme documentation, governance and reporting, and conducts structured interviews with the sponsor, programme leadership and selected stakeholders. It assesses delivery confidence, the control environment and benefits logic, then reports findings, risks and options directly to the sponsor or board.
The outcome
The MD or board receives a clear, usable view of programme health and the decisions required.
