What it is
Steady-state work includes regular working sessions with the MD and technology leads, ownership or co-ownership of the technology agenda and roadmap, investment and supplier decision support, board technology reporting as agreed, and an escalation point for material technology risk. Onboarding is separate, one-off and non-refundable, and produces a technology baseline the client keeps whether or not steady state proceeds.

Boundary
Onboarding is separate and non-refundable. External adviser status is retained; the client remains accountable for operational and legal decisions.
