AI Governance Confidence Programme
Build governance judgement in the leaders who carry accountability.
Problem this solves
Leaders carry AI-governance accountability but do not yet have a shared decision framework, escalation approach or sufficient confidence to exercise effective oversight.
What it is
Five facilitated working sessions with practical governance instruments. Not training or a workshop series: the work develops the judgement needed to recognise AI risk, make defensible decisions and maintain governance confidence. Can operate standalone or as a component of the AI Accountability Programme.
Key activities
- Facilitate the five accountable-leadership and AI-governance working sessions
- Develop and apply the AI decision framework, escalation protocol, risk-recognition guide and governance health check
- Assess governance confidence before and after the programme
- Provide the sponsor brief and, where selected, a follow-up working session
Outcomes
Your executive team and board make accountable AI decisions, exercise meaningful oversight, and hold the organisation to account — without needing an external adviser in every conversation.
Deliverables
- Five facilitated working sessions
- Four governance instruments designed for use
- Pre- and post-programme confidence assessment
- Optional follow-up session at 60–90 days
Boundary
Not training, a workshop series or a completion certificate.
What typically follows
Standalone, or as a component of the AI Accountability Programme. Capability is retained by the client.
